What do I get with my subscription?
Your subscription gives you access to the “Ask SPODA” feature for the number of match passes included in your plan. You can unlock any match using a match pass and enjoy asking questions to SPODA.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Every signed-up user receives 3 free match passes. Once they're used, you'll need to purchase additional match packs to continue using the Ask SPODA feature.
Can I cancel anytime?
No, currently we do not allow cancellations of match passes. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer support team.
Will I be charged automatically?
No, we do not have an auto-pay option at the moment. You'll need to purchase match passes manually whenever you want.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we currently do not offer refunds. If you have further questions, feel free to contact our support team.
Can I switch between plans?
No, we don’t offer upgrade or downgrade options at this time. However, you can purchase a new subscription pack anytime.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes! Your subscription works across all your devices. Just log in with your account and you're good to go.
